   With"Quality First" management guideline, Huahong purchases raw material and package material seriously and ensure the quality of semi products and finished products. All we done are to standardize a scientific and exquisite TCM producing craft so that we can ensure customers' safe and benefits. In 2004, in terms of GMP requirement, inspecting center was set up and a great deal of advanced inspecting equipment is brought in for further development in TCM manufacture. Effective liquid chromatogram column, effective gas chromatogram column and ultraviolet spectrometry ultraviolet spectrometer etc. play roles in workshops and inspecting rooms for TCM, raw subsidiary, package material, semi products, finished products, microbe and sample product appear.

    Innovation is the motivity for enterprise's development. Huahong not only recruits many talents to make up of a talents' team for science and research, but also spends great capitals in cooperating with scholars in science and research institute and colleague to up build expert network, TCM data-base and medicine R&D institute. The more, clinic tests in new products are carried out in national medicine clinic test base in Beijing, Shanghai and Chengdu to explore and improve new products for children and women. In 2003, the craft of Huahong tablet (with film coat), as new product, is given the second place for its excellent effects by Guangxi Region Gov.; In 2004, "The Second Phrase Exploration in Gegen Qinlian Pilule" obtains 600 thousand RMB from National Technology Department. Till 2005, Huaong has had 26 new products, involving in research, clinic test and application and permission.

     Since intellectual property-- especially patent, is the core competence of the enterprise, Huahong leaders always take patent work into serious consideration and a patent-working team is set up. In the team, there is a patent management and inspiriting policy is as clear as a bell to prize originator of the patent and carry through relative training periodly. Till the end of 2005, Huahong has applied 24 invent patents of which 2 are international PCT patents; 22 design patents of which 4 are accredited. In 2005,because of the amount of patents applied being the NO.one and invent patents applied being No. three, Huahong is titled with"Guangxi Region Top Rank Enterprise in Applying Patent" and chosen as"2005 the Second Batch of Pilot Enterprise for Patents" .
