Huahong Pharmaceutical’s GMP producing base is positioned in the suburban of industry city-Liuzhou, where is far away from resident zone and pollution. Among 200 Mu floor, 85 thousand sq.m area is for virescence, 25 thousand sq.m is for new workshops, and 7 thousand sq.m for warehouse.

   Huahong GMP project, invested about 1 billion RMB with 39.78 million RMB in equipment, is the essential technology-reconstructing project as well as project of Two High and One Perfect, being started in 8th, May, 2002 and completed in 19th December, 2003 and passing the State GMP certificate with excellent performance.

   In terms of GMP requirement, GMP producing base was founded. Smooth path and vigorous green plant covering 66.33% area of the base endow Huahong Pharmaceutical “Garden Enterprise”. Meanwhile, the base is administered by Specialty Property Management Company in order to bring the producing base to the way of integrated management.

   Besides3,814 sq.m. purifying area, GMP composes colligated preparation workshop, pre-disposing extracting workshop and other construction such as colligated storage etc.. 200 suits of advanced producing equipment up to the muster of cleanse and production. 8 modernize traditional medicine product lines for tablet, granule, capsule, pill, medical tea, syrup, liquid and tincture, are qualified to deal with 8 thousand tons of traditional medicine material: 1.5 billion tablets, 0.5 billion capsules, 300 tons of granule, 35 million liquid and 20 million bottles of tincture. The annual value up to 1billion RMB makes Huahong the top-one in Guangxi TCM trade.

   Innovation is the motivity for Huahong Pharmaceutical. The GMP second project will be started soon, invested about 15 million and it estimate annual value of 1.2 billion. The second project will include 5 thousand sq.m construction area where house wares that can meet producing need. The more, workshops and producing pipelines are prepared for adhesive tape, geletin and external use dosage. Such scale will allow new adding 1.7billion adhesive tape for swelling and pain, 5 million gelatin and 5million bottles of external lotion.
