The profit center, formed by marketing & sale department, can enhance enterprise’s the reaction speed and resourceful ability in market change; The producing center, formed by production department, can ensure reasonable usage of production resource while producing products with good quality; The management center, formed by financial department, HR department and administration department, will optimize process and focus on sevice so that to benefit from high-efficient management and achieve win-win of staffs-enterprise-customers.

        The third, we will quicken the R&D of new products. We will focus on R＆D of offspring products in future 5-10 years and take them to the front of customers.
